Each year, over 300,000 students in Pre-K through Grade 12 nationwide create original works of art in response to a student-selected theme. This 50+ year-old program helps them explore their own thoughts, feelings and ideas, develop artistic literacy, increase confidence and find a love for learning that will help them become more successful in school and in life.

The 2024-2025 Reflections theme is "Accepting Imperfection."

Students of all grade levels are encouraged to submit artwork in any of the six categories:
The Accessible Arts Division offers modified rules and guidelines for students with disabilities, who may receive services under IDEA or ADA: Section 504, to participate in the Reflections program.

See the general rules for Reflections entries here. See rules for each specific category by clicking on the above links.

We encourage Sea Lions to show their creativity! Please turn in physical art to the McGaugh office after your submission online, by September 27, 2024. Please do not write the student's name on the front of the artwork.
